I’ve seen it more time than I can count. Lose weight to only gain it right back. Regardless of what calorie deficit style diet you use (paleo, keto, macros, etc) living in a calorie deficit is not meant as a long term strategy of eating & therefore not sustainable. A calorie deficit for fat loss should be TEMPORARY.
