OK, father & mother are going through attorneys setting up visitation schedule as mom would prefer dad NEVER see child. (Parents were NOT married)A year later, as mom has had 4 attorneys thus far, everything seemed to finally be agreed upon with the exception of 1) mom didn’t want to allow dad first right of refusal & 2) dad had asked if he could claim child every other year on tax return due to paying child support. How are visitation schedules handled if the child graduates at 17 years old? Daughter graduates in May but turns 18 mid August. Summer schedule dictates week on week off with father having weekend before school starts every year, then reverts to 2-2-3 schedule. School always starts August 1st (or the closest date following if it falls on a weekend). Since she graduated, the school year stipulation wouldn’t apply, correct? Would it continue week on week off from graduation until 18, or continue 2
