It’s always a good time for vegan beignets! Head to Scat Cat’s Cafe in Disney’s Port Orleans French Quarter Resort and order the vegan (and gluten-free) beignets! They offer seasonal flavors throughout the year too which just add spices to the powdered sugar, the batter stays the same. We wish they were Mickey-shaped but we’ll take these in the meantime!
