Ingredients 3 tbsp cup honey 1 1/2 tbsp instant coffee 1 tbsp hot water Milk of choice Ice Preparation In a bowl whisk honey with a hand mixer until fluffy and light in color, 2-3 minutes. Add instant coffee and hot water, whisk again until thick and caramel colored, 2-3 more minutes. Fill a glass with ice and pour milk of choice ¾ of the way up.
