Available both unbreaded and breaded, both variations are versatile with a subtle flavor perfect for sauces, spices and a wide variety of preparations. There are approximately 17-20 cutlets per package. Perfect for your veal craving. Each veal cutlet is individually flash frozen to lock in flavor and juices. Flash freezing uses cold temperatures to maintain freshness, preserve nutrients and protect the product from external impurities. The unbreaded veal cutlets are vacuum sealed in packs of two. The breaded veal cutlets are in a sealed bag. With both variations, take out the number of cutlets you need for the meal and thaw in the refrigerator (or you put in a bag in cold water if you need to thaw more quickly).
