The doctor is destroyed by Kyosuke reluctantly taking the soul and spirit of his adoptive mother, Miho, as the two were connected by sharing the same spirit and soul. Having been freed, Runa runs to Kyosuke and lovingly hugs him, happy to reunited her twin brother at last.
