Kenon Forrest is probably the most unqualified human to be in the customer service industry, total hot head. What a joke this SW customer service is. Lie and Deny. Shame on all of them.

With that said, the latest round of customer service, or should I say lack of, has left a bad taste in my mouth. March 2020, tix were purchased to MCO to be used October 2020. Clearly, that trip had to be put on hold because of Covid.

May 4, 2021 · Why offer customer service, but not have customer service. A two hour wait time with no assistance is unheard of and very embarrassing to Southwest. Southwest you need to fix your customer service department. For two hours I have listened to Southwest telling me "how much you like me" and are transparent.
