WEBJul 10, 2019 · These four phthalates had already earlier been identified as SVHCs (in 2008 and 2009) and subsequently added to the Authorisation List in 2011 and 2012 due to their classification as toxic for reproduction. A public consultation on the draft amendment recommendation was held between December 2018 and March 2019.
