Automatic game configuration, Nvidia and AMD do this but Nvidia does it better via the GeForce Experience, a link to that if it's installed should be on the home screen or tools section. Hopefully this works for those who had the same issue as me, and was denied using the Valheim shortcut method because of admin permissions etc.
