Aug 23, 2022 · I did this diet for a month and lost no weight , and am debating between 1. Just ditching it entirely and going back to counting calories, or 2. Continuing it, but with some serious modifications like cutting down S days to one day and/or setting rough calorie goals per meal rather than religiously tracking.
