RDR2's story does not involve New Austin, it all takes place east of there, really the game doesn't need that area at all, the story would be the same without it.

WEBMar 5, 2024 · I recommend rampage cause it can fix a lot of unrealistic stuff in the game including New Austin. Also, just in general, if you don't have Auto-craft you should get it. Allows you to craft/cook in batches of 3 on an automatic loop. You don't even need rampage trainer. You need the "no invisible sniper" mod.

Your best bet would be the Brontë Glitch, leaving Marston at Brontës. Marston can do stupid shit, causing you to have to restart.

WEBSep 14, 2021 · Rampage trainer. Enable "never wanted" and "disable new austin sniper" and you are good to go. Lockdown Manager and Disable Guarma / New Austin Sniper are two newer mods that do the trick. The new version of Lockdown Manager has an in-game hotkey that lets you change the settings on the fly. They'll both live in my load order forever.
