It has controller support, cheat support if you use the universal neogeo.zip bios. The only issue is Metal Slug 4 and 5 have graphical bugs.

Aug 27, 2016 · Everybody's saying 3 but please listen to a life-long arcade, MAME and console Slug player here. 3 is the worst of the SNK ones, get X, 2, or 1 if you must, but do not get 3 if you value gameplay over everything else. I have beaten 1 and X in the arcades on difficulty 4 on one quarter. I know of what I speak.
