Mar 16, 2023 · It took me almost 2 days to get my refund credited back to my steam wallet this week. I asked for a refund Monday night around 11pm. It wasn't fully available until Wednesday 2pm. When was the request and when was the approval? The 24 hours is from when it was approved (second e-mail) not from when it was requested.

Obvious automated answer, I'm pretty sure no one at Valve actually examines "special refund requests" :/ EDIT : btw, it was Castlevania: Lords of Shadow - Ultimate Edition Oh there are certain cases which they will refund outside the 2 weeks.

Jul 7, 2015 · If you have under 2 hours and it was bought /less than/ 6 months ago, then you have some chance to get a refund if you contact Valve and they decide to give you one. If you have under 2 hours and you bought the game over 6 months ago you cannot get a refund.
