I tried doing screentime on iphone, greyscale, etc but I figured out that there’s no way I can beat that digital addiction by using a product made for it. It has worked for me, but seems like there might be a better solution in Ghost Mode's Ghost Phone. One ‘fix’ I’ve found (it’s clearly a hardware issue) after trying the usual stuff online, is to use Accessibility Options: Touch: Touch Accommodations and switching on ‘Ignore Repeat’ on its lowest setting (0.10).
