You will never get drops from any normal, non-Ancient enemy using these arrows unfortunately. They're good to use as a last resort if you're cornered, though.

They also keep you from getting drops from non-Guardian enemies AFAIK. So more of an emergency weapon than anything you'd want to use when hunting for monster parts.

WEBI haven't used an Ancient Arrow in a while on a Guardian, but I was reading they only take 1/3 of their health. In the beginning of the game, I know using one would kill the Guardian, but do they make them tougher at some point, or was someone blowing smoke? It will kill a guardian stalker if you hit them on the eye or 1/3 elsewhere.
