WEBThe PDF does not have white in the corner (unless you added a white recangle in Illustrator as background). In Illustrator: View > Show Transparency Grid. In Acrobat: Preferences > Page Display > Show Transparency Grid. Try it out by placing the PDF in Illustrator on a colored background. Upvote.

WEBNov 16, 2020 · For the three options here are the settings I selected and the resulting file sizes. "Export for Screens" - scale at 1x and file size is 230 KB. "Export As" - Resolution High (300 ppi), Anti-aliasing Art Optimized (Supersampling) and the file size is 1,516 KB. "Save for Web" - selected PNG-24 at 1x and the file size is 202 KB.

I changed my 8-bit (transparent background).png image file from indexed color to RGB color in Photoshop (CC) and dragged it from my desktop into an opened Adobe Illustrator (CC) .ai file. The transparent background remained after that procedure. Please show.

I used to be able to select it and have the option to drag the corners to resize, but that option is no longer available. I have to delete the image and bring it in from my external source all over again if I want to change the size.
