Apr 6, 2017 · We have 60 and 72 inch tables at the venue where I work. I suggest eight to nine people at a 60 and up to 12 at a 72. I think more than nine at a 60 gets too tight. Once you have your place settings and decorations on the table it can get tight. Good luck, Sandi

Well after i sent out 100 invites I found that they can only seat 80 people at round tables, plus another 10 at the rectangular head table. My final RSVP count is 91 people and this is including 3 children under 6 years old.
