Cal/OSHA and DIR permit use of the Logo only by active Alliance Program Partners, and only pursuant to the license set forth here. The following information supplements the license by providing an easy guide to permitted uses of the Logo.

Alliance participants that have entered into an Alliance Agreement with Cal/OSHA, and are thereby designated Alliance Program Partners may use the Cal/OSHA Alliance logo (“Logo”), but such use is permitted only pursuant to these terms and conditions:

Participants in the Alliance Program support Cal/OSHA's strategic goals by developing Alliance agreements that contain work plans to raise awareness of safety and health hazards through outreach and communication, and training and education.
