eCourts is the NJ Judiciary's electronic case filing & management system. Attorneys can file documents, pay fees, request transcripts, & access case files.

All judiciary applications will not be available during this time. Attorneys must log in using a Bar ID. Please use Attorney Search (njcourts.gov) to search for your Bar ID. If it has been more than 90 days since your last login, you may need to update your password.

eCourts Civil enables New Jersey attorneys and self-represented litigants to electronically file and access case documents and court information. Registration is required, and certain cases must be filed traditionally.

Attorneys and self-represented litigants can use eCourts for filing documents, viewing case information, paying fees, and requesting expungements. Manage your account and password to stay current.

As of January 1, 2018, NJ licensed attorneys must file all Appellate Division appeals and other documents in appellate matters electronically through eCourts Appellate. See the October 17, 2017, Notice to the Bar.
