I think MODOK should have been the main villain instead of Kang. Darren Cross already hated Scott and wanted revenge on him for defeating him so there’s that. He should have just been alluded to and Kang himself probably only should have appeared in the post credit scene like the Council of Kangs did.

MODOK was greatly done, the humor was perfect, the CG looked amazing, Kang is a great villain and I am excited to see more, the story was great, I've watched it twice and I plan to go back for a third.

MODOK in the comics is an absolutely ridiculous concept, but he's always been disfigured and sort of creepy looking. I don't recall him ever having a normal (albeit large) face with good skin like in the film.

We need Invisible Woman, which 'postpones' cards till End of Game, because if we ever use Modok with Hela in hand, our combo suddenly becomes much much harder (with say a random Ghost Rider pull), if at all, possible to do.

If you discarded Black Cat and/or Lady Death, that’s a 6 cost 13-25 power play, but random where Black Cat and Lady Death’s power goes. There’s also the huge power play of Modok on turn 5, then top deck and play Hela on turn 6.

May 21, 2021 · The family modok played perfect family life with had metal endoskeletons underneath and were robotic under their fleshy skin. The families at the end had organs and only had floppy disks. They seemed more like clones with a mind control chip than robots.

Feb 26, 2015 · Yeah I've been collecting coming book and X-men/marvel cards and was really into the overpower tcg when it first came out, I've never seen a depiction of modok that Made me think "wuh-oh" , at best it was a lol but usually an eye roll.

Nov 20, 2023 · The problem with MCU MODOK is that his face looks too normal. Comics MODOK has a slightly menacing face and works well. For Ant-Man 3, they just slapped a regular dudes face and somehow made it look even more silly.
