Mar 29, 2020 · I decided to hook my Xbox One Kinect up to One X again w crazy adapter. I like to keep each generation so I have PS1-PS5 and OG Xbox-Series X among other consoles....the wires get CRAZY for like PS4 VR, Wii/Wii U camera, PS3 move/PS2 eye, blahblah(not to mention lack of floor space), so I took peripherals down 2 years ago, tidied up.

Motion controls were a gimmick of the late 2000s early 2010s. Only thing with motion controls these days are VR platforms. You could always pick up an older Xbox one or 360 with a Kinect or a wii/wii u to relive those days.

I own an Xbox One S, a Kinect 2.0, and the Kinect for Windows adapter, and several Kinect for Xbox One games. I know that Kinect is a dead product for various reasons (at least in homes; it lives on in the business world), and that Microsoft discontinued the Kinect 2.0 and the Kinect for Windows adapter a few years ago.

Aug 12, 2023 · Most Kinect games think we want to stand for hours flailing about and jumping. Kinect Party understands that it is augmented reality visuals and silly, quick games that really keep kids interested. I think Xbox should've leaned into this heavily and make more products like it, instead of gamer stuff.

Oct 27, 2020 · I liked Kinect Adventures.Played it for weeks in lockdown with my 5 year old.kinect Joyride is also fun.The reaction time is not so good but i loved the stunt missions where you need to jump higher and higher to multiply your score.

Jun 17, 2022 · Kinect for Windows v2 in combination with an Xbox360 emulator to play games like Kinect Adventure on PC. I am asking if someone did something similar before I spend the money to buy all of this. If it helps, my goal is to find something for my kids to play now, and I personally really enjoyed the kinect.

Feb 11, 2022 · None of the 360 games for Kinect will work on an Xbox One. You need the Xbox One Kinect and Xbox One Kinect games (which aren't that many) Dance Central Spotlight was delisted quite some time ago.
