Jul 20, 2020 · I wanted to provide an update that the new Web Capture feature and the ability to capture/draw on a full web page is now available in the latest version of Microsoft Edge (version 87). You can use Ctrl+Shift+S to start a web capture. After selecting the area (or choosing to capture the full page) you will be able to draw on the web page!

Well you can take a screenshot of your screen and paste it in paint and put it full screen so you can make sure you put the paper to track what you want. Today, experimenting, I noticed that also when you take a "free hand screenshot" with it, just moving the mouse to draw the section you want to screenshot will make my screen go black. This issue, at least for me, doesn't happenes on other programs which allow drawing such as Zoom, Paint, drawing on browser, etc.
