Poi was originally used, many years ago by the indigenous Maori people of Polynesia to increase their flexibility, strength in their hands and arms as well as improving coordination. The original POI were made with flax leaves rolled into a ball.

This Zuni Poi Swing Set is in good condition with all parts-bag, 2 swings, and instruction booklet. The instructions are from beginner to advanced and they also give the history of Poi which is a form of entertainment or game in New Zealand of the indigenous Maori people.
