Aug 12, 2024 · Thanks, Jharra. I tried all of those and nothing worked, unfortunately. I did find a page on the Xfinity site indicating that only Roku model numbers ending in the letter X are compatible with Xfinity Stream. All of the ones I’ve tested end in RW. Are the 3800RW, 3900RW, and 3910RW supposedly still compatible with the Xfinity Stream app?

Sep 29, 2023 · Restart your Roku device: If reaching the power cord to unplug your Roku device is inconvenient, you can restart the device from the settings menu. Go to Settings > System > System Restart > Restart. Reinstall the channel: After your Roku device restarts, visit the Roku Channel Store and add the channel again.

Apr 2, 2024 · Xfinity stream says not connected to business wifi, but yet, it is connected to business wifi, per the settings on the Amazon stick. I did a factory reset of the Roku TV, re-installed stream app, same problem.

Oct 22, 2023 · A Workaround For The Roku/Xfinity Stream Problems. I too suffered the many Roku/Xfinity problems and here are my observations and a workaround solution (not fix) to them all. I had a system of an Xfintity Internet connection in 900 Mb/sec range, TCL-Roku Tv set, and Xfinity Stream content provider.
