Oct 9, 2017 · Curiously, I find that a HOTAS (with separate throttle) gives me the best immersion factor. In a real aircraft I don't have to hunt for a keyboard key to raise and lower the gear, adjust the trim, mixture and prop, etc., just a brief glance if anything, and with a HOTAS I have those functions and more assigned to keys or axes on the HOTAS.

Oct 7, 2019 · Go into the C drive > users > the admin folder (whatever it's named) > AppData (this folder is a hidden folder so you will have to unhide it) > Roaming > Microsoft > FSX > fsx (open the configuration file in notepad). Once you open it find AutoTrim=False under the [REALISM] heading. Change it to True and save.

Posted September 20, 2017. Even before the F-15E became free (2010) it had a throttle problem. This download clearly states that he used the original cfg. They had problem with it getting stuck at full throttle when first loaded. That was caused by a bad gauge (gauge02=F15_Gauges!Afterburner FDC, 1,1,20,20).
'Addon Scenery' listing missing from my Scenery Library
Apr 30, 2016 · Putting an addon scenery in the '..FSX/Scenery/World' folder will not work. That is not the proper location to put addon scenery. You need to create a 'Addon' folder (name it 'Addon Scenery Mine' or whatever) and add all your addon scenery folders under that. It can be anywhere - but NOT under '..FSX/Scenery/World' folder.

Once you do THAT, the Z rotation should control the rudder, and the Throttle, should be the Throttle lever. THEN go in, calibrate, and see whats controlling what. I wager it'll be working properly.
