There are two ways you can request an XB8 modem. We can mail out a replacement modem for you. This process can take 3-5 business days. If an XB8 is not available another XB7 will be sent in its place from the warehouse. The guaranteed way to obtain an XB8 is to go into one of our amazing retail stores.
