That being said, if you have 0 lead wrist flexion in your swing, you may have to make some conscious effort to introduce it and constantly reinforce it, until it becomes more natural.

One can easily flex the wrist while being in extension .Flexion ( bowing) means that the wrist is actually bent towards the inside of the arm .
