Been working for target since June of this year. I started off on the closing team as GM TM then moved to pulling priorities. While I did have a hard time with one of the TLs after I spoke to HR and was granted a move to the day team I couldn’t be happier. I love my TL and ETL they are very supportive and always helpful.

May 12, 2021 · My daily routine consists of doing TIC which is counting specific high theft items and reviewing to see if there are any discrepancies, I review theft and post at the front to say hello to guests and recognize if there are any repeat subjects that come into the store so we can try to get a prevention, if I find any theft I have to document everything.

I absolutely love working for Target. I'm new to fulfillment, but everyone has been so kind, helpful, and supportive, jumping in to help me find and understand things. Leadership at my store is amazing, as are my coworkers. I feel really, really lucky and am so sorry for team members who don't experience the same in their stores.

May 9, 2021 · My job is to “pick” items that are placed by Guests through either Target.com or the Target app. Team members either pick the items to be either processed by Guest Services (Order Pickup or OPU) , or pick the items and ship them out for delivery (Ship From Store). You may also process items ordered online and sent to your store (Ship To Store).

I’ve worked for Target and Wal Mart. Working for Walmart is like being fucked in the ass with a barbed wire dildo. Target is the exact same, but they use lube. Either way you’re ass is destroyed, but Target makes it a little easier to take it initially.
