Welcome to Woodrush High School, an extremely popular and over-subscribed Academy for 11 to 18-year olds. Woodrush is a thriving secondary school committed to building supportive, professional relationships between students, staff, parents, carers and the community we serve, to ensure all our young people receive the excellent education they deserve.

Our school community is composed of the main school site and the modern Community Hub building: containing the community and school Library, Rush Gym, Café, Youth & Community Centre and our Training Consortium.

We have designed and implemented a bespoke Booking System specifically for Rush Active Members where you can view and book all your classes. Please click HERE to create your account using your email address (band number may be required).

Rush Instructors offer a variety of classes designed specifically by each instructor. With the use of great music and clear instructions to help you through the class, each class promises to work you, challenge you and give you a great workout in a fun and lively environment.

Higher impact Les Mills and Rush Active Classes run in the mornings, evenings and at the weekends, ranging from half-hour to hour long classes. Lower impact Fitness Friendlies classes take place in the day. Yoga classes and Pilates weave throughout the week, offering a more relaxed form of exercise. TIMETABLE - March 2025 Timetable

Our Sports Hall is 16.5m by 30m, perfect for a variety of indoor sports; Football (5-a-side), Basketball, Netball, Hockey and Badminton. The Sports Hall is also ideal for your Multi-Sports Parties.
