Wolf / WPA "Military Classic" - did they change this?? - AK Rifles
Jul 18, 2013 · Here is an image I found of some wolf ammo. The WPA military classic I shot looks *exactly* like the regular old Wolf Performance shown below, except NO sealant anywhere. Pretty disappointing really, and just another reason to buy up Golden Tiger when I can find it. WTB: SVD: stock and handguards, FSB, gas regulator, 1200 meter rear sight.

Jul 3, 2024 · Soviet 7n6 is my stockpile favorite. Wolf, Monarch/Barnual and TulAmmo are not bad either. Today's 5.45 market sucks compared to when it was cheap. Reloading 5.45 has gotten my best results if I was looking for more accuracy and consistency. CowboyComanche.
Which grain of 7.62 x 39? - AK Rifles
Oct 5, 2013 · The Barnaul, "- Bear" brands seem better and Golden Tiger seems to be better that the Bear brands. There is some Romanian-made ammo available and some Bulgarian. I've given up on Tulammo. Brown Bear with lacquer coating is is better than the polymer coated version. Golden Bear seems slightly better than Silver Bear.

Mar 15, 2015 · had an SLR-106FR that would hit the rear trunnion when fired. threw an extra power recoil spring in it and presto! no more rear trunnion contact, and it had reduced felt recoil. if you have a need for it, then it's a great upgrade. my NPAP got a standard power to replace the stock, somewhat worn. recoil spring & the action felt instantly nicer
True Non-Corrosive 7.62x39? - AK Rifles
Oct 11, 2010 · I have/had some of the first Russian "sporting" 7.62x39 ammo that was imported in the mid-1990's. This was the stuff that was imported after the East German and Chinese ammo was "banned" from import - "HP" projectiles. It said "non-corrosive" on the box, but my rusted Maadi gas tube said otherwise.
