I think had someone of Doffy or Ace's level got a hold of the Doru-Doru (Wax Wax) fruit and had future sight along with awakened the DF ability l think it would be stronger than those other 3 pretty easily.

Dec 26, 2013 · The Doru Doru no Mi is a paramecia because he can only create wax not turn his being into wax. You never see Mr.3 actually turn into wax only create it. This is the same concept as the doku doku no mi used by Magellan

Jan 16, 2012 · From what I gather, there are 2 different types of Paramecia. The first is where you produce something, the second is where it changes your body. Luffy's a Paramecia and his body is made of rubber, while Mr. 3 produces the wax from his body. If he were a Logia type he would be able to produce the wax and have a wax body.

Attacks would be similar to something that could come from a "Bone-Bone" or "Skeleton-Skeleton" fruit. Creating large Skeleton-like hands to block attacks, Creating a giant Skeleton and controlling it from the center.
