Learn about the circular reference warning message. The first time Excel finds a circular reference, it displays a warning message. Select OK or close the message window. When you close the message, Excel displays either a zero or the last calculated value in the cell.
Add, remove, or view a trusted publisher - Microsoft Support
Open the file from the publisher. Select the File tab and go to Info. In the Security Warning area, click Enable Content > Advanced Options. In Microsoft Office Security Options, click Trust all documents from this publisher. Enable a publisher's active content just for this session.
