Understand Warcraft was a phenomenon when the movie was signed and it got a massive budget. The game is less in the zeitgeist now and the first movie is seen as a flop. I think a Netflix animated series might be more likely.

The best part was that i watched the movie with friends that had no knowledge of warcraft whatsoever. They all enjoyed the movie and i could fill them in on the details, such as the "demon" that was influencing Gul'Dan, the Orc-Clans, the Draenei and the fate of Draenor, Medivh and his role and so on and so forth.

The orcs are supposed to be a little bigger than Arnold in the Conan the Barbarian movie. That's how they were in Warcraft 2 and 3. Even in the vanilla WoW animations.
