Most of Treveri’s vineyard sites are now located in the Naches Heights AVA, which is primarily made up of andesite rock from the Goat Rocks Lava Flow. With slightly cooler temperatures, the grapes can retain the perfect balance of acidity, sugar, and minerality to make sparkling wines.
