Jul 7, 2011 · In Towny Advanced, there's much better support for the " /ta set mayor [town] npc " command. Using this, an admin can set aside his town, and start a new town, which when ready can have an 'npc' (not an actual NPC, but pretent resident/mayor) become mayor using the same command, so the admin can resume controlling his primary town.

Towny Mobs utilize the Nations and Wars feature of Towny and will attack targets belonging to warring nations. If set in the options, hostile mobs will also be considered enemies, with the exception of the creeper, which it will never attack.

Dec 6, 2015 · In towny, as a hermit, you are limited to 8 plots, no matter how many bonus plots you have. How do I allow hermits to, say, claim 16 plots? My reasoning is simple. My server is whitelisted tight-knit group of 20 people. We all trust each other well enough, and we would all alert an admin or mod of any dishonest behavior.
