Sep 3, 2021 · For playback of those higher-quality files, the D10s will need to be bypassed and the USB input on the Soncoz DAC must be utilized. An additional benefit of using the D10s as a digital bridge and connecting it to an additional DAC via the optical cable is to nullify any ground loop noise issues.

The architecture here is based on ESS ES9038PRO DAC instead of AKM silicon. Hopefully this means better availability of parts and DACs.
