Nov 20, 2022 · Unfortunately, at the moment, you cannot attach a toolbar to the taskbar in Windows 11. This feature has been removed from the operating system. Sorry for the inconvenience :( However, you can pin folders to the Explorer menu on the taskbar by right-click on the Explorer icon and clicking on the pin.

Sep 22, 2021 · I agree Windows 11 needs to allow the Toolbar back. This is a huge feature for convenience. Pinning a program to the taskbar is child's play. Utilizing a Toolbar (or in my case, multiple Toolbars) gives you incredibly quick navigation to Files, Programs/Apps, Websites, Tools, etc. It's most discouraging to see this feature unavailable.

Since I updated my previous windows 11 verion to 23H2, the file explorer has this chunky toolbar box with Copy, Paste, etc. How can I remove it? It takes up too much space, and I don't need this bar at all! I can do the same with right click or simple keyboard shortcuts, since ancient times!
