"The Coon" is the second episode of the thirteenth season of the American animated television series South Park. The 183rd episode of the series, it originally aired on Comedy Central in the United States on March 18, 2009.

One night patrolling, Cartman meets Mysterion, who, like Cartman, wanted to fight crime in South Park, but was more successful - and popular - than Cartman. This made Cartman jealous and led him to try and get rid of Mysterion to become the only superhero in South Park.

Donning a disguise modeled after a raccoon, Cartman becomes a vigilante dubbed "The Coon", who attempts to wipe out crime in South Park. Though Cartman tries to raise awareness about The Coon through word of mouth, nobody pays much attention to the Coon's efforts.

"Coon 2: Hindsight" (originally titled "The Coon 2: Rise of Captain Hindsight") is the eleventh episode of the fourteenth season of animated television series South Park, and the 206th episode of the series overall.

The Coon is a playable characters in the XBLA game, South Park: Tenorman's Revenge, if one is playing as Cartman. Special Attack - can hop/climb up tall pipes and ledges. The Coon's costume can be found in Cartman's closet, unused.

The clock is ticking and the citizens of South Park are gripped in fear. Two days ago an evil unknown terrorist threatened major consequences if Mysterion [a pic of Mysterion appears] does not reveal his identity.
