What does snapping the infinity gaunlet actually do?
In the movies it seems that at the gauntlet required some sort of interaction to engage the Infinity Stones, which is why several action scenes revolved around keeping Thanos from clenching his fist. In this case the actual snap gesture is just same interaction to activate the gauntlet, and some callback to Thanos' previous remark.
