Jan 25, 2023 · I decided to give it a try after watching this video of the guy using it with his HX. Not sure how to describe it except when I turn it off I say to myself "hey, turn that back on". Even with it set to unity gain it sounds thicker somehow - a saturation boost. I recommend giving it a try.

Dec 23, 2023 · I immediately dry it off and used some some micro mesh to polish the wood. Afterwards I conditioned it with some Gerlitz Guitar Honey. I let that dry and they I applied some of Monty's Instrument Food. Monty's Instrument Food is a wax. I left it on for a few hours then wiped it down. The rosewood is now super clean, dark and rich.
Tweed Twin or Blonde Bassman - The Gear Page
May 13, 2016 · I've never played a Tweed Twin but, if you're looking for "clean clean", the Blonde Bassman breaks up pretty early. Both mine do. Both channels on each start to break up around 3 on the volume (which is still loud, FWIW). But, if that's okay - it's one of the best tones I've ever heard. One of my favorite amps of all time.

Nov 27, 2020 · Half way decent attenuation of my tube amp at home - we shall see how it stacks up. I play the Twin module super clean, but the Deluxe side can be tuned up to a gorgeous breakup tone but only sounds good loud. If the OX helps me knock off some dB that would be huge. The Dirty Shirley module only sounds good loud as well.
