Google Home isn't playing music via YouTube Music. Confirm that YouTube Music is your default music player. Confirm the voice command you're using is supported. Try being as specific as possible with your command. Confirm you are signed in to Google Home with the correct Google account. Confirm you have linked your casting device to Google Home.

Nov 20, 2024 · I am experiencing the same problem. All vidoes that I accessed stopped playing exactly after 1 minute mark. This happened about 2 or 3 days ago. Before the incident, everything went smoothly, with VPN on, Chrome latest version, Windows all updated, etc. After the issue, I tried on F1r3f0x fresh install, doesn't have any issue.

May 16, 2010 · So it would misfire the stop action and the Music Player would start playing. * I had to mute the media volume at the beginning because if I didn't do that, sometimes I'll hear the first second of the music before it shuts down, which is pretty annoying. I'm sure there's a simpler way to do this, but so far this setup is working great for me.

In a tab, play music, a video, or anything else with sound. You can stay on that tab or navigate to a different one. To control the sound, at the top right, select Media control . You can pause, go to the next song or video, or select to go back to the tab where the song or video plays.
