Once you reach Stehekin you’ll find yourself in a valley surrounded by peaks of the North Cascades. You’ll be dwarfed by trees over a hundred feet tall, wind your way up the one-lane road, hear the glacial melt running over the rocks of the Stehekin river and experience one of the most peaceful places on earth.

North Cascades Lodge at Stehekin. It doesn’t get any more convenient than this! Located at the Stehekin Landing directly across from the boat dock. Choose from cabins with kitchens, standard units, view rooms or even our standalone lakehouse- great for families and groups!

Stehekin Ferry. Year-Round Daily Ferry Service from Stehekin, Holden and Prince Ck to Fields Pt Landing only. We provide service daily between Field’s Point Landing (located on the south shore of Lake Chelan) and Upper Lake Chelan. Take in the beauty of Lake Chelan aboard our catamaran as it cruises smoothly to your destination in style.

Stehekin is located at the very beginning of Lake Chelan. The only way to access Stehekin is by boat, hiking or flying via small airplane. Some have even thought Stehekin was an island with how remote it is, but it’s not!

Stehekin River Trail: A 4 mile walk to Weaver Point. This trail starts at the Stehekin Airstrip (4.5 miles away from the Stehekin Landing) and takes you to the Weaver Point Campground to enjoy a good cold water swim and a day in the sun before hiking back.

Restaurant – Stehekin. Enjoy lunch or dinner at the North Cascades Lodge restaurant. Conveniently located at the boat landing, looking over the lake with beautiful mountain views. Shuttles leave from the Lodge, located at the Stehekin boat landing. The shuttles travel 11 miles up the valley to High Bridge. High Bridge is the primary trailhead for a variety of hiking trails, including the Pacific Crest Trail.

Located an easy 1/4 mile up the valley road from the boat landing, the Log Office (home of Stehekin Reservations) has extensive information about the valley and can make arrangements for most activities in the valley including horseback riding, fly fishing, dinner at the Stehekin Valley Ranch and more.
