Mar 18, 2024 · I have the Steelseries Arctis Nova Pro and my computer won't pic up any mic sound unless connecting with the bluetooth option. The headset offers a dongle connection which i would much rather use. Here is a link to a picture of the controlpanel, that says the mic is ready but when trying to listen thorugh it, it doesn't pic anything up.

I’ve got the latest firmware for it installed for it, I’ve checked Xbox settings, and I still cannot figure it out.
