Nov 3, 2022 · Just so everyone knows, peppermint mocha's come with full pumps of both mocha, and peppermint. So in a grande thats 8 pumps of syrup total. If you want full sweet, feel free to get it! However if you feel like that's a bit too much, you can always go half sweet for both, or what I like is (in a grande) 3 mocha and 1 peppermint.
Is this color accurate for a peppermint white hot chocolate?
Literally every time I order a peppermint white hot chocolate I have to get a remake bc they make a mocha. Even the other day, I ordered in person at a tarbucks and the barista was like, hot peppermint white mocha, got it. And wrote it on the cup. I was like nope, PWHC please, not a mocha. I'm guessing it's a frequent problem.

Nov 10, 2022 · Since a lot of drinks have similar names, a lot of baristas confuse them. You can go back and tell them they gave you the wrong drink. I’m sure they’re more than willing to be understanding. I know my partner accidentally rung up a peppermint mocha instead of a peppermint mocha hot chocolate.

Employee here. Starbucks now is sugar-free Mocha and peppermint syrups. Mocha is used to make BOTH the Hot Chocolate and Mocha Latte. The differences are that HC has mocha and vanilla syrup (if you get a peppermint hot chocolate: peppermint syrup); Mocha Lattes just get mocha and espresso. Now, you can order a Mocha or HC with sugar-free syrup.

Nov 24, 2023 · Anytime a customer asks I always remake and ask if they want to try the iced, since it was my mistake. A lot of these drinks have similar names (vt whc vs vt wcm- venti white hot chocolate vs venti white hot chocolate mocha) so never feel bad about asking for a remake!!

Nov 18, 2022 · I definitely recommend ordering 1-3 pumps of vanilla in your hot chocolate based on your preference for sweetness. I also really like adding 1-2 pumps of Irish cream. The salted caramel hot chocolate isn’t available anymore, but you can get something similar (minus the salt) by ordering a hot chocolate with toffee nut syrup and caramel drizzle.
