Did anyone else plan to speed paint their Space Crusade Orks and Gretchin before getting carried away? Whilst on the painting table they developed the lore that they are a mod of Freebooterz who have raided a ship of every Space Marine Legion... hence the shoulder pads!

Oct 3, 2018 · I still had two armies, Ultramarines and Eldar with figures from Rogue Trader, a small number from second edition, and some from Space Crusade and Advanced Space Crusade, but they were boxed up along with some hardening paints and some half-dead brushes.

There's still chunks of paint that are being very stubborn... i may need to sand them off on the remaining models. Space Orks: I painted them as an urban Bad Moon scheme... grey, brown and black to fit in with the Gretchin. Yellow and red to tie in to Bad moons. The sculpts are fun to paint and look interesting.
