South Luzon or Southern Luzon is a sub-super region of Luzon in the Philippines, comprising of three regions: the Calabarzon, Mimaropa and Bicol Region. These include the metropolitan areas of Metro Batangas, Metro Lucena and Urban Laguna.

It comprises six provinces, four on the Bicol Peninsula (the southeastern end of Luzon): Albay, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, and Sorsogon, and two off the shore: Catanduanes and Masbate. [3] The regional center is Legazpi, the most populous city in the region and has one independent component city, the pilgrim city of Naga.

The southeastern portion of Luzon is dominated by the Bicol Peninsula, a mountainous and narrow region extending approximately 150 kilometres (93 mi) southeast from the Tayabas Isthmus in Quezon province to the San Bernardino Strait along the coasts of Sorsogon.

One of the six provinces that make up Region V in the Bicol region, it is bounded on the north by the Pacific Ocean, on the east by San Miguel Bay, on the west by Lamon Bay, and on the south by Quezon province and the adjoining province of Camarines Sur.
