I assume your house is wood structure so don’t even risk torching it down. Self adhered systems are great but proper installation (like anything) is key. Make sure your contractor knows what they’re doing.

Riskier install if it’s on a wooden structure. On qdeck no worries. Lasts 28 years easy in Canadian winters great thermal expansion properties which you may not care about in Florida.
