The heaviest weight 9mm load tested by BBI is a Federal 147grn which produces a muzzle velocity in a 16" barrel of only 1,073fps. The OP's reference on Mcarbo is for a 115grn 9mm bullet at 1,295fps out of a 16" barrel with a .120 BC.

WEBFeb 17, 2024 — Flip side the 327 LCR holds 6 rounds whereas the 9mm LCR holds only 5 rounds. Flip it again though and the 9mm uses moon clips theoretically providing quicker reloads depending how much you practice. My recommendation is you get your hands on both and try them out if at all possible.

Depending on the can, I'd probably want one with replaceable sights, to get higher than the suppressor. I've been thinkin about getting a 9mm threaded barrel for my 96.

Yes the difference in accuracy will be a result of shooting .355 diameter 9mm bullets through a .357 diameter bore needed for the 38/357 cartridge. Its not a huge difference but you will likely see less than great accuracy with the 9mm cylinder installed.

If you split the difference in bullet rise/drop, you will always be within the edge of the dot you are aiming with. If @JTJ is correct in his chart above, you should be fine at 20-25 yards. With 5.56, 36 yards is used a lot.
