My go-tos/ideas: USER is stuck in a time loop where they keep dying. CHAR has no memory of any of them, and their memory resets with every loop. CHAR watches USER die over and over again, or go insane. Great for angst. USER is CHAR's bodyguard. CHAR and USER are stuck together in an elevator. CHAR finds USER lying on the floor, with no explanation.

Its the build I'm the most comfortable with both mechanically and role-playing, but it's also the one I'm almost certainly going to play tabletop and am confident it'll work, so I don't want to 'waste' the opportunity.
