I recently inletted a winchester model 70 stock to a Marlin MR-7, slightly different/bigger inletting than the winchester bit screw hole spacing is the same, the rifle was only made for 3 years so noone makes stocks for them but luckily they are similar to a win model 70.

Mar 21, 2021 · As Remington has been 'not working' for some months, the 'conversion kit' has been discontinued at Brownells and everywhere else. The parts you need will have to be sourced in the classifieds (in the online gun forums) or ebay or firearms auction sites. BDL uses 2 screws, not 3. Expect to pay a premium for the trigger guard/floor plate assembly.

Dec 20, 2009 · I recently bought a Remington 700 ADL 7mm 08 with a 22" barrel used and have been having accuracy issues. So far I've shot three different factory loads and my best group was about 3". I tried Winchester 140 gr. Ballistic tips, Remington 140gr. Core lokt, and Federal 140gr. Fusion. The best group was with the Fusion ammo.

Aug 15, 2023 · I have a 700 ADL Youth 243, and it holds 4 in the magazine and feeds flawlessly. I can put one in the barrel and leave the 4 in the magazine as well with no problems. Sounds like the OP has a spring or follower issue.
